Why we focus exclusively on AI-native proptech

We established Sonoran Capital as a family fund with the freedom to take a different approach, focusing exclusively on AI-native proptech where the right technology creates outsized impact and returns.
Our name draws inspiration from the Sonoran Desert, a seemingly harsh environment that supports remarkable biodiversity and resilience. We see similar potential in proptech, a sector others overlook but that forms the backbone of the built environment.
